インサイト・バイオサイエンシズ・ジャパン合同会社（インサイト・ジャパン）は、米国を本拠とするグローバルバイオ医薬品企業であるIncyte Corporation（インサイト）の日本法人として、2017年に設立され、これがインサイトの最初のアジア進出となりました。活動に努めてまいります。

インサイト・ジャパンのミッションは、日本の患者さんと医療従事者の方々の困難やニーズに対処するために、インサイトの革新的な医薬品を日本で開発し上市することです。

インサイト・バイオサイエンシズ・ジャパン合同会社は、米国デラウエア州ウィルミントンに本社を持つインサイト社（Incyte Corporation）の日本法人として、2017年に国内での活動を開始しました。

私たちは、最先端の医学・科学を駆使しながら、主にがん、血液疾患、炎症・自己免疫疾患の領域で、新たな治療法を必要とする国内外の患者さんに貢献してきました。

日本では、2021年にFGFR阻害剤ペマジール^®錠4.5mgの製造販売承認を「がん化学療法後に増悪したFGFR2 融合遺伝子陽性の治癒切除不能な胆道癌」の適応症で取得し、2023年には「FGFR1 融合遺伝子陽性の骨髄性又はリンパ性腫瘍(8p11骨髄増殖症候群としても知られています)」の適応症を追加しています。（注：FGFR = Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor, 線維芽細胞増殖因子受容体）

Message from Country Manager

Incyte Biosciences Japan G.K. began its operations in Japan in 2017 as the Japanese subsidiary of Incyte Corporation, headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, USA.

Our company has been contributing to patients both domestically and internationally, particularly in the fields of cancer, hematological disorders, and inflammatory/autoimmune diseases, by leveraging cutting-edge medicine and science.

In Japan, we obtained manufacturing and marketing authorization for the FGFR (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor) inhibitor Pemazyre^® tablet 4.5 mg) in 2021 for the indication of “inoperable cholangiocarcinoma with FGFR2 fusions that progressed after chemotherapy.” In 2023, we received approval for an additional indication for “myeloid/lymphoid neoplasms with FGFR1 fusion (also known as 8p11 myeloproliferative syndrome)”.

We will continue to work hard professionally to ensure that innovative medicines continue to be delivered to patients in a timely manner.
